It is through this stage where we can suggest alternative ways of managing the cleaning if budget constraints exist. Once the scope has been developed we source the best cleaners possible for your site again in consultation with you. From here we manage the ongoing process from inspections to periodicals and consumables or other services.

Hard Floor maintenance
It is critical that hard floors are maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. At Commercial Clean Adelaide we provide a range of services from strip and seal of vinyl floors, Terrazzo or other floor types
Ongoing cleans (daily)
Our core business is to manage the ongoing cleaning services on a daily basis, to carry out frequent inspections and train and mentor cleaners.
Window Cleaning
Commercial Clean Adelaide have a network of quality window cleaners, who can provide a range of services including high rise abseiling.
Carpet Cleaning
Commercial Clean Adelaide have access to a network of quality carpet cleaners who specialise in Hot water extraction carpet cleaning.
Consumables & Hygiene Services
All consumables & hygiene services can be provided as part of the ongoing contract. Environmentally products can be included if requested.
